So long as Tim is aware and approves, which it sounds like he did in your
conversations, we should be fine and ready to pick-up the launch when you
are ready. Please reach out to me again when you have time and we can go
through the call-routing to confirm what the build-out should be. As a
heads up, I am awaiting a confirmation from leadership as I believe Canada
will be undergoing a Canadian 8x8 Phone Standard in terms of the call
options and scripting when folks call in. Once this is approved by the
appropriate parties, I will let you know what they've decided but you'll
likely not want to work on any of the concrete scripting until we have this
Standard Template ready for Canada.
