Hi Joseph, So unfortunately we can't put an auto-responder in as we aren't allowed to access accounts to that extent, however I did start forwarding the email to infomtl@thekey.com. The emails should automatically be forwarded and received in a timely manner to said account! Thanks, Cody Lookenbill
