There are 2 clients that have huge outstanding amounts with us.
Anna Jeffrey: $84k
Steven Baker: $47k
*For Anna Jeffrey:* good news, I got the clients banking info & put through
the full outstanding balance on our 3rd party system. It went through but
still in process and will know next week if it has settled.
*For Steven Baker:* Still working on this, I had called the client multiple
times and emailed them letting them know we need to get this paid off as
soon as possible or we will need to add interest and or late fees with
service interruption. I'm going to try my best to get a hold of the client
and get them to pay the outstanding balance. If I cannot get a hold of the
client, I will get on meeting with Cheryl and Sandra to discuss how we are
going to proceed. This client is on online banking, they send money
straight to our bank. I'm going to try and get their banking details to put
the full balance through.
