I am auditing this client's onboarding documents and noticed that the payment method provided on the PAD Agreement belongs to the client; however, the form is signed by Deborah Brown. We will need a financial or durable POA or written acknowledgment that Deborah is an authorized user on the account. If obtaining the POA or proof is not feasible, could you please request a new PAD Agreement signed directly by the client?
