Correct this is an issue with the Wellsky api. We raised the issue with them a week ago and have continued to follow up but we are not getting any updates.
I will be out of the office tomorrow through next week but Ofelia (on workato support) has been following up with Wellsky and I have asked Donny and Ed to help escalate.
