Attached please find not submitted/ unassigned Concur/Amex reports that
will be accrued in December 2022.

Please verify the employees’ locations and let us know if any corrections
need to be done on the reports while they are sill pending.

Please provide your feedback by Wednesday, Jan 11th.

Angie, Melissa, Chen, Matt, Kelley and Lisa,

As we have done the last two month, Accounts Payable is asking for
input/confirmation on the locations that employees' "Unassigned" or "Not
Submitted" Concur expense reports are aligned to.

The hope is that this process will reduce the need to make corrections
after the monthly accounting books are closed.

Please note AP is not able to isolate HCLs from the Field Locations.  I've
included Matt and Jackie to review the HCLs and other sales people.

Please review the attached file and send corrections by Wednesday.

I’ve attached November Concur accrual file for the managers review.

If they can give us their feedback by Wednesday, that would be great -
mainly check the locations so we can fix it on the repots and on the
accrual files.
