Hi Tim.....I spoke to Nat and understand the reasoning for the 12/31/25 end. That was my only issue with the amendment - I am good for this to go to signature. Given that Nat is out - he OK'd my signing this amendment.
Could we, starting in October though - set up some working sessions with Steve to work through whatever issues we need to in order for us to be ready on 1/1/26 with an executed master? Would you like me to reach out to Steve to coordinate that?

Per our discussion earlier today, attached are some redlines to the Lifeguard Pilot Agreement amendment. The key request here is given our expansion into the US we need to be added to Lifeguard's insurance policies as an additional insured. This is critical given the higher risk in the US compared to Canada.
In addition, there are a number of larger business terms that we've punted such as exclusivity, IP, etc given the "pilot" nature of our relationship. For purposes of this amendment, I set out the term of the pilot through the end of 2025.
I'll schedule some time with you to go over the amendments needed for Chicago on the client side. Adding Melissa/Nina so they're in the loop as well.
