I wish you spend a good week so far. Since legally the French committee must meet twice a year, it will be important to hold our 2nd French committee meeting for 2024. Earlier this year, we already chose a date (November 26th).

As we are in waiting to hear back from the OQLF, this meeting will only be an update provided to the members. Chantal estimates that 15 minutes would be sufficient.

Could you confirm to me that this date is still available on your end please: November 26th—2:00 p.m.-2:15 p.m.?


If this date is no longer possible, please provide some other options in November.



In the meantime, could you confirm to us, using the members list attached, the members of the French committee in place please? Please modify it to reflect the actual committee.

For planning purposes, since legally the French committee must meet twice a year (every 6 months), it would be important to schedule our 2 French committee meetings for 2024. Could you please provide dates options to hold these two meetings virtually (which will facilitate participation and be more cost-effective) perhaps one in June or July and another one in November or early December?
