Hi Tim,
For the “Leave Behind” I would recommend that you use a standard size, 8.5x11, flat sheet, dbl. sided. Or is there a reason that you want a custom size of 9x11.5?
For the brochure, we can do an 8.5x11 folded in half and stapled in the middle. However, right now you have 6 pages, which means you would have 2 empty pages. Doesn’t make sense. Maybe there is a reason… You might want to check with the person who designed the brochure.

They also revised the answers in the FAQ document — the updated version is included in the attached PDF.
