I am confident that we will be able to reach the compromise you have
suggested. This will require approval from my head office, but I will
explain how important it is to do this for a loyal, valued family receiving
24/7 in-home care.
FYI, the rate increases are not taking effect until November 24th (despite
the letters being dated for the end of October).
