This is checking all sensors? Not just the bathroom? The Daughter is asking me to make sure. First and foremost, we hope that John is okay and recovering well after his fall. We met with the Installer and RN to analyze John’s bathroom radar device and motion detector. Based on the data, we can confirm that the devices detected motion and occupancy in the bathroom at *7:32 AM Mountain Time *on Sunday, January 19th. The reason an alert was not sent is likely because the fall did not last longer than 90 seconds. The technology has a threshold in place to minimize false positives, as it is highly sensitive and would otherwise trigger unnecessary alerts. Please let me know if there are any additional details you’d like us to address or if you’d like assistance communicating this to the client’s daughter. Hi Both, I am currently looking into a situation as we have another upset client looking for information. This client fell over the weekend and it is suspected that he fell between 7am and 740am on Sunday Jan 19th, but it could have been between 6am and 8am on Sunday morning. It was noted that he had possibly fallen in his bathroom - the lifeguard did not pick up his fall. We are wondering what might have happened during this fall and if you can look into this for us so we can provide the daughter with some feedback.
