Hi Everyone,

I'm happy to share that we have added a new insight to your *HCL Scorecard
<https://us-west-2b.online.tableau.com/#/site/mydata/views/HCLScorecard_17250494858060/Scorecard?:iid=1>*
on Tableau: *Total Billed Hours* associated with your revenue and SOCs.

When you hover over the *"Revenue Actuals vs Goal" bar chart* you'll find
the total billed hours for that month and the month-over-month billed hours
growth percentage.

When you hover over the *"SOC Actuals vs Goal" bar chart* you'll find the
total billed hours for the new SOCs in that month and the month-over-month
billed hours growth percentage for those new starts.

This provides a rate-neutral view of your performance, spotlighting the
actual volume of business you're driving regardless of price fluctuations.
By tracking this data, we are also aligning Sales and Ops under unified
language to define success and measure capacity.
