Thank you for this information. Unfortunately, the phone number (PSW phone) they likely called back I don’t believe typically has voicemails that they would check.
Can you update your records to always return a call back to the RPN 519-465-7108 regardless of the number that calls requesting the shift coverage. This phone the staff is required to check the voicemails.

Hi Elysia,

The process for after hours is our On Call Manager gets the call and works and covers the shift and then calls you back and informs you.

On Saturday, Our On Call Manager called and left a voice message.  I am not sure if you received that message.

If you could please let us know what would be the best number to reach you, we would be happy to add that number in our system.

I am hoping to work more collaboratively with Luthar Village.

Hi there,
I am looking for some information regarding the request of staff coverage this past Saturday May 4th. We currently use 2 different agencies that our team reaches out to in the event of shifts that require coverage outside of our staffing resources.
The team reached out to both agencies but only received a call back from an alternate agency which at that time the shift was confirmed.
We had 1 agency staff member show up from The Key, but it doesn’t appear that anyone had called back to confirm this need was still open.
Could I have some clarification on the process of calls received outside of business hours. Is there someone that can confirm with the team member who provided coverage support if they did call our staff or if the agency staff was available and just assigned the request.
Please let me know if this isn’t the correct contact for inquires such as this.
