Zoom Contact Center Go-Live on February 11
We’re excited to announce that the Zoom Contact Center will officially launch on Wednesday, February
11, 2026 at which point it will replace NICE for intake operations. The new platform will only
impact the intake team and brings several new capabilities, including:
Call recording and automated transcripts to support quality and visibility
SMS functionality for more flexible and convenient client communication
Additional enhancements to improve the overall caller and agent experience
