Good Morning Shadi,
My name is Becca Faber and I am the co-owner of Creekside Hearing, a local
hearing clinic in Waterloo. I received your email about dementia and would
love to connect with you to further discuss the topic.
As you may know, there is a strong link between untreated hearing loss and
cognitive decline, with hearing loss being the number one modifiable risk
factor for dementia. We have implemented a cognition screening in our
clinic, that we perform on most clients that come in for an appointment.
