Hi billing,

I am sending this email to assist Bruce to better understand why he has yet
to be billed for his services for his wife Cathy Williams.

He has sent messages and spoken with the billing department on several
occasions and been told that he will be billed but he has still not yet
been billed.

Could somebody please kindly assist Bruce with his concern.
