Community Resource Guide Tool
We have a wonderful tool that many HCL's are not utilizing. We wanted to circle back on this tool as a reminder and encourage everyone to own their own Guide! Read below how to leverage our Community Resource Guide and strategically use it to schedule office in-services and gain new attendees to your PAC groups.

Steps to the Community Resource Guide Strategy:
* Step 1 - Identify your referral sources to be on the list.
+ Email Template here (https://homecareassistance.us1.list-manage.com/track/click?u=f1efdeb0dd25f1b019be7a0a6&id=e5806d85ef&e=3a611ad2d8) to invite your referral partners to be a part of your community guide.
+ Note: you do not have to fill in every spot on the template. If there are multiple HCL's in a given office, that's ok, each HCL can have their own resource list.
* Step 2 - Have a 30min meeting (in-person preferred) with each referral source to confirm their differentiators, validate their stance in the industry and let them know we'd like them to be a part of our exclusive resource list.
* Step 3 - Schedule them to an TK office In-Service. 15 mins at the top of your office's weekly Pipeline meeting where all Client Success team members will be present. This allows the referral partner to explain their service, who their ideal client is, what their differentiators are, and how we can best refer to them.
* Step 4 - Invite the partners to join your PAC group
