Hey, again leaders - 

 

Effective Wednesday, May 15th, a surcharge fee of 2.7% will be applied to all credit card transactions, excluding Montreal. This is a company policy and is charged across all locations.

If there are any customers whom you believe should be exempt from this surcharge, please connect with Tim to discuss and provide reasons for their exemption. Historically, exemptions have been approved based on the client being an 'elephant', or substantial gross spend.

 

If any customers fit this criteria, please let us know before EOB Friday, May 10th. Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.
