This is a great format that we should include for Schlegel Villages,
BookJane, SE Health and other SLCs with master agreements in Canada. See
the FAQ that provides so much clarity to the respective support offices.

Based on our last discussion, this is what we should be aiming for from a
reporting perspective for BookJane.

Below are the action items from this morning's call. Let us know if there

*Oasis FAQ Sheet

   1. Texas and Florida specific FAQ Sheet - Jackie and Cash will be
   working on this.
   2. Report showing all Oasis Ref Accts and what HCL's current own the
   account *HERE

   Please audit this list thoroughly and vett that any HCL who owns an
   Oasis account has a relationship with the account and documented activity
   to back it up. If they do not, you should switch ownership to your account
   ownership in the meantime and the HCL can earn the account in time.

   3. Sample of the Report that was sent to Oasis for review. *Attached.*
   This is a sample of the report that Directors will be sent from Tim in
   RevOps at the top of the month to audit for their regions. Then, on the 1st
   Wednesday following the 1st Monday of the month, Tim will send the final
   report to Oasis and cc: SalesLeadership@ so you all can see the finals
   as well.
   4. List of Contracted and Non Contracted Oasis Accounts - HERE
