Hi Tim, What I mean is that if at the beginning she would have taken the time to ready project 4 and the answers provided and if she still would have additional comments or questions she could have use project 4 to include her new comments. Yesterday I spent 3 hours rewriting some measures without knowing what exactly her issues were because she refused to share the recommendation and her lack of professionalism to take time to use the appropriate project for her presentation. It is clear that project 4 was not the one presented. I had made many changes in dates yesterday and some rewording that I remove because in her new commented version it was not an issue, so I put back the original text. It is simply not acceptable this treatment on her part. Being held hostage is a pure power trip to have her way when in reality there was no major changes to add to the program to be finally accepted. She just did not do her job (one again). This is why we need to have access to the recommendations presented.

Furthermore, I have a concern about some expiry dates. I was by the OQLF in other files that our project could be presented or approved because expiry dates were too close to the OQLF Board meeting. Not sure why she did not ask to push some dates back a bit. If she said no need its OK. Before we proceed for the signatures let make sure she is on top of her game and in writing this time. There is also another concern, obtaining all signatures. In my 20 years, I never saw a program be presented to OQLF Board If not signed by all committee members unless there will be a exceptional reasons for a FC member to be enable to sign. You told me that she would give you the letter correct ? even if the project is not signed now? The signatures can be done later when all is back from vacations?

And to end this love story, when you look at the letter you received from the OQLF and the comments we received from her yesterday. They are talking at our IT measures in the letter but she did not comment at all any changes in that section of your project 4 so I have left it as it was but this is another prove that she did not do her job well. It looks like a standard paragraph of another company project was simply not adjusted for HCA letter. Anyways, lets listen to her and obtain your compliance letter TODAY because we are going to be very clear that she is causing a prejudice to the future of the company by making loose a contract of such. Please be very firm about this unless you wish for her to control your opportunity as it relates to your Bid of Offer. The OQLF has no right to cause financial damage to a company.

I will send her the revised project (5) shortly and say for our discussion this morning. See you later.

I’m not sure I understand what you mean. We don’t need to make changes because she never reviewed version 4?

But yes. Send her your latest version for review tomorrow.

Hey, seriously what a joke. I removed all the additional commitment I imposed your company to do without knowing her real issue – this is the version for discussion tomorrow. If you wish me to send it to her tomorrow before our meeting at 9am let me know.

I am going to remain speechless on any other comments because it is clear she presented the project 3 and not 4 and did not even took into consideration our reply along with project 4. Goodnight.

Chantal

Bonjour Monsieur Thomas,

Veuillez recevoir, Monsieur Thomas, mes sincères salutations.
