Emailing TheKey team - I recommend the sooner the better since this
candidate has completed interviews! Once you are both aligned, let me know
and I will support the recommendation. Tim - I do not like to use the PI as
a go or no-go but do feel that it accurately reflects talent alignment and
coaching opportunities. The callouts Emily listed are important to address
and Marty may provide some additional questions that you may want to dig
into with Rafi to ensure you are comfortable with him.
