Hello, everyone,
I can only assume it's some kind of computer network error, but I have received eleven emails with the same two invoices attached. Presumably, this is being sorted, though. On a more serious note, I see that Home Care has withdrawn more than $19,000 from the
RBC account with which we had set up an EFT, overdrawing the account. To my knowledge, the EFT only permits up to a certain amount to be withdrawn, so I am trying to find out from the bank if this is an error at their end, but I would be grateful if you could
confirm whether or not these funds have actually been withdrawn.
With thanks,
Mitch Albert
