Weekly VA Metrics 9/18/25

Hi All,

Please see attached for the weekly VA metrics for Week of 09/11/25, viewed from a Billing and Accounts Receivable perspective, as well as the Year-to-Date (YTD) VA stats (excel sheet provided).

We kicked off our new hire training for the sales team last week 🎉 It was awesome partnering with them to bring clarity to the team around the onboarding and billing process for our VA clients. Huge thanks to @David Zychowski for pulling this together with Jeannie and me!

As a reminder, our credentialing is completed at the state level, meaning we are approved to operate under a specific Tax ID and NPI within that state.

If a location within the same state is operating under a different Tax ID or NPI, it may not automatically be covered under our existing credentialing. As a result, it’s possible to have some locations credentialed and others not, even within the same state.

Example: This is currently the case in South Carolina and Ohio.

Let’s continue focusing on expanding within the markets where we are already credentialed to ensure compliance and efficient onboarding. We have some exciting new marketing material rolling out soon to target those audiences!

Credentialing Updates:

We’ve updated our VA Credentialing Spreadsheet and added a new tab labeled Full NPI List to make it easier to identify NPIs in a more user-friendly format. Quick Reminders Regarding NPIs:

*	NPI Changes as of August 2024:

*	TheKey of California: Updated from NPI 1851647374 to 1700539632.

*	Current authorizations under the old NPI remain valid and will transition upon renewal.
*	New and renewed authorizations are being processed under the updated NPI.

*	TheKey of Washington: Correct NPI is 1811640139 (previously using California’s old NPI). There are no issues with addresses in Triwest.
