After caring and worrying about my Dad prior to making the decision to effect full time help, I met you with trepidation. I had no idea what to expect, other than professional care. What I quickly realized, was that your “care” givers really do provide care on all levels. From Jaye, to Noemi and Maria ,my dad’s physical needs were always prioritized in a sensitive way. But the emotional care was quickly noted by all of us, and in your caregivers, Dad developed friendships with everyone. He knew about their families. Daily stories were exchanged and many a laugh was heard coming from the room where someone was always with Dad.It would be our pleasure to provide any referrals should they be needed. We cannot sufficiently praise the work of HomeCare in general, and your kindness and professionalism in equal measure – to say nothing of your outstanding team, from the beginning – even in the early days when the personnel changed frequently. No mere words
can do justice, either, to our deep and lasting appreciation of the exquisite care provided by Jaye and Noemi in particular. My father's life was massively enhanced by their presence.
