HI All,

With the Zoom Migration from 8x8 , our current Toll Free  Billing
assistance 866-226-1702 and LTCI 855-205-8007 phone lines have been done
for a majority of the day. Our agents' direct lines are currently working
and we are able to field direct calls from clients who have our agents
numbers as well as making outbound phone calls.

Client inquiries via Billing@thekey.com and LTCI@thekey.com are working as
expected with no issues, as of this afternoon we have not received any
complaints or inquiries from clients stating the inability to reach our
team.

We expect this phone issue to be resolved by tomorrow morning, if any
clients reach out to your teams directly please feel free to direct their
inquiry to us at Billing@thekey.com and LTCI@thekey.com and any of our
agents would be more than happy to assist.
