Hi Timothy,That was the issue that they had with the caregiver Priyanka, when the Sylvia and the Michelle Palermo had called me, Priyanka had left the client in urine, and on the edge of the bed, eating on her own, client’s room was a mess. It’s up to you if you want to credit.
