Hi Kathryn, Thanks for the screenshot. We checked the app using Sherry's profile and we are able to see the shifts. It sounds like she may need to try signing out and back in. To make sure any background updates for the app have come through, she will also want to "kill" the app and reopen it before signing in again. We can reach out to walk her through this!
