Hi All,

Clear Care has informed us that they will *NOT* be moving forward with
their planned maintenance this weekend, and the outage discussed on today's
announcement call will not take place.

Clear Care has not yet settled on a new date for this maintenance. We will
communicate with this group as soon as we know more.
