Labor Day Payroll Schedule: Important Deadlines and Requirements
By Monday, September 1, 2025 at 12:00 PM local time, all US staffing managers and scheduling teams
must have caregiver payroll hours approved by this firm deadline for accurate payment processing.
Our payroll team will process payroll normally despite the holiday. Each office should designate one
field contact available Monday to answer payroll team questions and resolve issues quickly.
Check delivery physical checks will be delivered Friday, September 5, following our normal schedule,
weather and vendor delays permitting. Office leaders must ensure a manager is available to accept
deliveries. The payroll team strongly encourages direct deposit enrollment through Workday
self-service. This eliminates delivery concerns and provides immediate access to funds on payday,
making it our most reliable payment method.

her early career start in elder services, where she discovered the profound rewards of hearing
