Hi Poulami,     Thank you for this information.    I'm not sure if you are familiar with the TheKey app. It is the app which we created for the client's family so they can view all of the information the caregivers are sending via the Caregiver Connect app which they use to clock in/ out, write shift notes.    Once the family members signed in to their TheKey app account, they will have the ability to view all of the caregiver's shift information including these care notes.  You won't also have to send these info manually to them since they will always have access to it via their mobile phones.      You can get more information about TheKey app here: https://thekey.workplace.com/groups/483919443807171 If you need assistance to set up their account or you have other questions about the app, you can email the TheKey app support team at: thekeyapp@thekey.com            Thanks,  Caregiver Connect Team           On Thu, 16 May at 2:14 PM , Poulami Shah <poulami.shah@homecareassistance.com> wrote:  Hi Grace,    Thanks for getting back to us.
