Hi Timothy, Thanks for contacting the app support team. This is actually a ClearCare API limitation. The app allows for 5000 characters in the notes section, but the API can only display 1000. You can find the full notes in the Analytics Portal, however. Here's the full note from the shift that ended April 6, for example: Please let us know if you have additional questions. Please find the carelogs attached for Fred and Lois, you will see that some of the notes are cut off, I think the word count for Clear Care is 1000, if we could increase it to 2000, that would be great.
