Hi Tim,
It is the AMP, so the second one.
Did they ask you to provide an audited financial statements of the last fiscal year and did you have to pay $445?
Can you also tell me what website are you on, like the link on top of your browser?
Have a great day!

Hi Alex,
I'm a bit confused. I went to check on the status of our application to the Authorité des marchés financiers and it was refused. When looking at it, there seems to be two different services.
Autorité des marché financiers and Autorité des marché publics. I presume the second one is AMP, is that correct? I've submitted an application to AMP right now but it did not ask me about an upcoming contract date. Let me know what you think.

Hi Tim, Sandra and Joey,
Here are a few follow-ups to our meeting today:
* Tim: I can confirm that I have received all the documents you sent me today. I'll go through all the documents and update the dashboard. As soon as that's done, I'll send you a list of the remaining documents to be completed (ideally today, otherwise early next week at the latest).
* Tim: I'll be emailing Richard Poloquin to ask if he plans to respond today, since our only recourse unfortunately seems to be to file a complaint. You will be copied on this e-mail.
* I've done some research into the other organization that downloaded the documents. It's not too clear whether this organization/association is authorized or accustomed to making bids on behalf of its members... However, it does republish SEAO calls for tenders for intermediate resources on its website (https://www.arihq.com/activites-et-publications/appels-doffres/). Sandra: It might be interesting to take a look!
* Tim: Regarding the document (Autorisation de contracter) from the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMP), here's some info I found:
* Audited financial statements from the company's last fiscal year are required in the application to have the document. This application also costs $445. Did you have to provide this document and pay this amount?
* In the 3rd part of the online request, there is a question asking whether the request for the document is made in order to respond to a call for tenders already posted, and to provide any information requested on this call for tenders. Did you answer yes to this question? Were you able to provide the bid deadline of January 15, 2024?
* On the AMP website, it is stated that the request is always processed as quickly as possible. This may vary from one application to another, but the average is 8 weeks. However, if the request is submitted in order to respond to a call for tenders already posted, it is given priority. There are no other options to speed up the process.
* AMP's authorization to contract must form part of the submission, and must therefore be submitted by the deadline for submission of tenders, i.e. January 15, 2024. / FYI: The status of the application can be obtained on the AMP website (under the "Customer file" tab, then "Application tracking").
* Once the authorization request has been received at AMP, it will be processed by a public contracts authorization officer. Following the preliminary analysis, this officer will contact you to inform you that you can now proceed to the second stage, i.e., the disclosure of individuals and/or entities associated with the company, as well as the list of its establishments. Persons associated with the company means any person or entity with whom the company has a business relationship.
I'll get back to you as soon as Richard Poliquin gets back to me.
Have a nice day!
