Dear Mr. Thomas,

I am substituting for Sophie during her vacation.

Please note that the authorization process involves the following steps:


  *   Step A: Filling out and submitting the application for authorization; and
  *   Step B: Disclosing the enterprise’s business relationships.

The AMP is committed to process applications as quickly as possible although processing times may vary depending on the application.

I was informed by an AMP agent that the current processing time is of at least 8 weeks from the moment that all documents in Step B have been submitted.

Although we cannot guarantee a specific timeframe, we will do everything in our power to obtain the authorization as quickly as possible.

Note that further to our experience, the processing time may be shorter in some cases where there is an upcoming contract/tender process. Please provide us with all the information concerning the upcoming contract/tender process so that we can share this information with the AMP.

We will regularly be following up with the agents and keep you informed.
