Peter, Chelsea, and I had the pleasure of meeting on Monday with Maria Licoudis from Montreal, and on Tuesday with Shawntel Sousa from Calgary and Malin Maleegrai from Chicago.
We had two very insightful discovery sessions, expertly conducted by Peter, which helped us gain a deeper understanding of the CSMs’ day-to-day challenges and their perceptions of Lifeguard.

Good evening everyone,
After discussion with Peter and Chelsea, we agreed that having a large number of Lifeguard team members attend at the discovery session, as this may unintentionally intimidate the interviewee.
However, we will be recording the session so that the insights can be shared with all of you afterward.
The session had to be rescheduled due to scheduling conflicts with the participants, but I will reach out next week with an update and proposed timing.
