In other words, the security must be issued to the account of the applicant business. We cannot accept a security issued to the account of another business on behalf of the applicant.

If this is not possible, you may wish to look into a new ILOC, or a surety bond, in order to meet the security requirement.


Tax Compliance Verification (TCV)

I have completed a TCV check using the Ministry of Finance's (MoF) online portal. The TCV check we conducted for 23-019689-TCV has returned a result of: Non-compliant.
