When you complete the EFT Form I had sent, indicate the “receivables account” number in the appropriate box.

No specimen cheque is needed.

I will complete the requested EFT form and return it as soon as I can.

 

A few things in the interim:

*	We will not have a specimen check to provide as the account we will want to deposit into is a receivables account. Can you confirm that a bank wire instruction letter can suffice? Additionally, in past years I have seen a bank wire instruction letter work in substitution of the attached form. This is our preference if you are able to make it work.
*	Do you know if this is a one time deposit or if it will be recurring?
*	Do you know the amount and expected delivery date of any deposits?
