 I am writing to follow up on Laurie's request regarding the Power of Attorney (POA) documents. We have been working with this client since August and have yet to receive a response from the office regarding whether the POA documentation has been acquired. As of today, no documentation has been uploaded into Clear Care, which places us in a position of non-compliance.  Have we successfully obtained any documentation from the POA that authorizes him to access the client's account? Moreover, in the event that the client disputes any costs, we currently lack the necessary documentation to address such a dispute effectively.
