Hello all,

The tracking spreadsheet has been updated with last week's data:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1dGnrZ6lUYwLL7rk8KLePG7uSU6Rb09MfhFSlWAxyhYc/edit?usp=sharing

The amount of pay associated without associated billing (excluding house
accounts with zero revenue) was *up 132% week over week ($1,328 vs $572)*.

For the house accounts, as noted in my last issuance, I did my best to
create groupings from the list Chen had previously set to help categorize
these expenses.

The breakout of expenses for this week looks like this:

Potential Classification Amount
COVID Pay/Swab $604
Initial Training / Orientation Compensation $1,409
On-Call $4,703
Ongoing / Special Skills Training $1,741
Referral Fees Paid $356
Short Shift Business $15,114
Sick Leave/PTO $853
Travel Time between Shifts $765
Other $12,324
Total $37,869

If you and your teams can help identify the main causes not already
classified of pay in the 'Other' bucket, as well as verify the ones I
classified, we can work towards installing accounts in each business unit
for the requisite expense to be booked to, or at the very least have a
master list of the reasons for each account and report on them like this.

As always, let me know if you have any questions/feedback.
