RE: French Committee meeting-date to save

Hi Timothy.   Because the OQLF may refuse to present your program with a representative of employees missing.  Perhaps it would be easier to simply inform the OQLF that the Program will miss a signature and the one missing will be submitted first week of October ?  what do you think ?  She may say to wait until October to hold the meeting but again she is not easy so who knows.   At this point, it is important to remain transparent and to inform her ahead (that would be my recommendations).   I will remain on stand-by before I prepare a short update for your review first before I sent anything.  Chantal
