Hi Matt,
We do have quite a few RPN's we could reach out to about an on-call
schedule as well we could utilize Sydney and Shawntel (for phone calls)
Would we pay these staff the way we do for on-call managers? I am guessing
they want it to work like a telehealth situation but with a more immediate
response?
Happy to try and make this work for Audrey as I know she is an
important referral source. I will speak to the team and see what their
thoughts are but having to be "on-call" in the evenings and weekends may
come at a cost that doesn't make sense for us.
