Update on the current Uber Canada account suspension

Dear Uber Users,

 

As you may be aware, Uber has locked TheKey out of their account 4 days ago.
To date, they continue to deny service to TheKey and they refuse to offer a
solution to restore services.  Please know that our account is current, and
this shutdown is solely due to an accounting error on their end.  I am
unable to provide an estimate as to when it will get resolved.

 

This being said, I hope I can count on all of your creativity to work around
this issue, i.e. use Lyft where available, taxicabs, or private or public
transportation and expense them.  I am aware that there may be a transit
strike on the horizon in some areas, adding to the problem.  

 

I am actively working with Lyft to set up a business account, where
available.  If you have other suggestions for transportation services
available in your area, please let me know so I can try to establish a
business account.

 

I am sorry for this inconvenience, and please trust me that I'm doing
everything in my power to get this resolved as quickly as possible.
