We are currently conducting a tag clean-up in Wellsky to streamline and
standardize our tagging system. As part of this process, the team will
deactivate
all existing tags and will be adding back universal tags to be used across
the organization. Deactivated tags will NOT be deleted and you can still
run reports with them.
We understand that each agency may have specific tags essential for your
workflows. I have attached a list of the previous tags and ask that you
review it and mark the checkbox for any tags that are necessary for your
agency’s operations. I have placed the Universal tags on the side so that
you can easily reference those. Once identified, we’ll ensure these are
promptly added back to your URLs. In an attempt not to add another meeting
to your calendar, I have sent this email, but if you need to meet, I am
happy to do so!
Please have this completed by *EOD Tuesday, December 17th*. Please reply
to this email once complete.
