Looking at the recent invoices,I now that Tge Key continues to charge the regular rate for Denise Louis.
This is not appropriate since the CLSC is paying Denise for 25 hours per week. ASI had arranged with Dominique,I should be paying - for those 25hours - only the difference between the lower CLSC rate and the higher rate charged by The Key.
Please look into this matter. I think that I am owed a credit.
