As mentioned, I have a local recruiter here who is very plugged into the industry and who has sourced office staff for me in the past. He also works for me as our weekend on-call manager but we treat the recruitment as a separate transaction and pay him as a vendor for that. His rate is 20% of the first year's salary. He has found a candidate for me that looks very promising and we would like to move forward and interview her. I just want to make sure that should we hire her, that he gets full credit and is paid the commission for her or for any other candidate that we decide to hire.
