Hi All,

I've added in the screenshots of the action plans from the spreadsheet.
Please review, and if there are any additional updates to the sheet made
please let Brittany and I know so we can update the decks with the latest
and greatest. We will not be editing the screenshots after 12pm PT tomorrow.
