Meeting #1 - French Committee Intro meeting (30-minute meeting) on either M= arch 15, 16 or 17 This is a 30-minute virtual meeting whereby Chantal will give a brief intro= duction to HCA's French Committee. Attached is the Draft Email for your approval which will be sent by Chantal= directly to HCA's Francization Committee members. Meeting #2 - Audit Assessment review of documents to be launched, Q&A and s= ignatures process. March 21, 22, 23 or 29 This is an official 60-minute virtual meeting whereby the French Committee = will have the opportunity to review/comment/question all official documents= to be sent to the OQLF. Note that documents will be sent to all members 48-72 hours before the meet= ing and will be sent in French only. English versions will be provided in p= rivate upon request.
