I'm reviewing this with our legal team. Steve is on PTO until wednesday so this will have to wait. In the meantime our existing consents and LG addendum have been updated for Chicago so we're good to go.

Hi Tim.....I took a stab at consolidating the Lifeguard addendum into the Consent form. Please note that the majority of the current addendum references the privacy policy of Lifeguard. All of this can be found on our website so I simply put that reference.
Have a look and see what you think. I'm not sure of your legal process if this has to be approved at a corporate level - let me know.
