Hello everyone! I hope you are having a great Friday. I'm looking forward  
to our discussion on Monday, as I would like to be more visible to you and  
serve as a resource to you moving forward. Today's call will focus on the  
utilization of our Overtime / Client Margin dashboard and how we can  
address clients in your areas who have a material amount of OT paid in  
excess of OT billed...especially those clients with sub-optimal CG Margin %  
and those who aren't in the "VIP" bucket. The dashboard we will utilize can
