Hi Tim,
Sorry to reach out to you Sharon and Carolina are both away - Don't know
who is in charge of Billing for Vancouver right now - Ali?
Anyways, I got a call from the daughter of JACK HAWKINS (Susan Willis) -
she just wants to make sure that the Credit card provided be charged weekly
as she does not want it to be accumulated since it is a large amount.
Carolina did not give us the details of whom to contact when it comes to
Billing. Please pass on the message.
