As discussed could you kindly visit a Scotiabank branch closer to you to set up your personal profile. Please bring with you in original driver’s licence and address proof within the last 30 days ( physical mail ).

I did send out an email to Julie Swinburne at Scotiabank branch  @ 3070 boulevard de la Gare Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec, Canada, J7V0H1. She has not responded to me yet but if this location is convenient then ask for her if not visit any branch closer to you.
